We Are One Productions is made up of dedicated senior performers whose participation brings authenticity, emotional connection, and real impact to every experience we create.

Their presence transforms each performance into something meaningful and unforgettable.

Each member of We Are One carries a story, a lifetime of experiences, and a unique light that continues to shine on stage and beyond.

Linda Plati

I was born in North Jersey, lived my young life in Hackensack. Became a bi lingual seceetary and assisted living director. Married and moved to Woodcliff Lake. Have owned a condo in LVW for about 6 years.

Have made many great friends and participate in a dance/theatrical group for fun and laughs.

Brenda Christian

Dance is a beautiful art form that not only celebrates life but brings a smile to the soul. It is my hope that every step will inspire others, be a source of joy and happiness, and prove that passion keeps us forever young.

Karen Darakjy-Mc Ginley

I stand proud as a woman who refuses to be defined by numbers. With We Are One Production, I bring energy, joy, and love to the stage.

I believe in health, purpose, and living life fully at every age.

My mission is to prove that we can shine brighter as the years pass, and that passion and determination make us timeless

Linda Labita

I was born in Brooklyn, NY. I retired after a career as an Insurance
Agent.

I moved to LVW in 2005 and am having the time of my life. Even though I am getting older, I still enjoy life to the fullest, entertaining in the nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

I realize how fortunate I am & thank the Lord for the good life I have.

Barbara Jewkes

For me the creativity has no age. As part of We Are One Production, I use dance, movement, and expression to celebrate being alive. Every step, every gesture, is a reminder that art lives in the soul, not in the years.

I dance to inspire, to shine, and to remind others that the passion we infuse into movement keeps us all forever young.

Born in New York City. Now retired and living in an Active
55+ Community in New Jersey! Life is amazing, you end up where you’re supposed to be throughout your lifetime.
I love making people smile every day and they make me smile. Just a smile can make a person’s day and your day too!!

I live to experience happiness, appreciation and to praise the lord. We Are One give me a chance to give back through dance. I embrace the years and enjoy life. My mission is that we can grow old gracefully and that age is nothing but a number.

Andrea Dstefano

I am retired from the Ocean County Board of Health where I worked as a purchasing agent assistant.

Upon moving to LVW nine years ago, I began a new life and adventure. Meeting many new people was a joy, but not as much as becoming part of We Are One. It gave me a renewed purpose and I have enjoyed being a part of such a wonderful group!

Cathy Diaz

Mom, nurse, and newlywed originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, now based at the Jersey Shore. A lifelong performer, she has a background in singing and acting, including choir and solo performances at Lodi High School, Women Are Worth Ministries on public TV, Faith Reformed Church, and groups in Alabama such as the Joyful Singers and Songbirds.

As an actress, she has appeared with the New Jersey Mental Health Players and in productions like Death and Taxes and If the Shoe Fits. She has also brought joy to seniors as “Kitcat the Clown” through Call Us Clowns.

She is proud to be part of We Are One and excited to share this journey.
